New Years Resolutions for 2025

  1. Enjoy dating, and make lots of new friends.
  2. Meditate daily, and journal at least weekly.
  3. Learn to identify lots of new birds and plants.
  4. Spend lots of time out of doors.
  5. Keep losing weight.
  6. Go swimming, biking, walking, rolling - attain a 6 minute mile.
  7. Deadlift and squat at 225lbs, press at 135lbs - safely and consistently.
  8. Learn how to backflip.
  9. Attend a BJJ competition.
